“The moon was about if not half going to full on the 22nd and rising at about 1 in the afternoon. I know that these fish are sensitive to the moon and after checking the minor window I planned my trip around that. The fish was chasing a school of bluegill with a handful of other bass and busting on them on the surface in a calm overcast sky. Nearly to the minute of the moon rise I caught it then preceded to catch 27 lbs for 5 including many other 4s until the window closed soon after.”
