“I had just got to the pond and first cast I got a bite so I set the hook and new it was something big it jumped out of the water and shook out the hook out. I was devistated I knew it would have been my pb and it was at least 6 pounds. So I kept casting in the same spot not expecting anything until about ten minutes later I saw my line twitch and I reeled up and set the hook. I immediately knew it had to be the same fish. I was fighting it for about 15 seconds when it jumped and me and my friend saw how big it was. I finally got it to the bank so my friend grabbed it and brought it to me. I weighed with my scale and took pictures and then released it to become even bigger.”
