“Bass forecast showed me I needed to go slow to get the big gals to bite, so I did. I started catching some fish you know 2-3 pounders then boom I got smoked! Drag was screaming I honestly thought it was the gator cause big momma did not stop. I only had 8lb test to I had to play her right. Then she jumped completely out of the air and I knew right then she was every bit of 9 pounds. I got her in after a long fight and she was the biggest bass I’ve ever seen, her shoulders had to have been 5 inches across and i don’t know how to put this in a nice way but let’s just say she was on the heavier side. She measured 24.5 inches and weighed 9.14 baby. Swam off healthy.”
