“I was struggling finding fish in areas I had been catching my fish in the past couple of trips. I checked BassForecast for the best lures and locations for the area I was fishing.I was still fishing the areas the fish were setup during late fall, checking the areas I should be fishing according to BassForecast I realized I should actually be fishing a lot deeper! So I found some vertical walls and tied on a suspending jerkbait just as BassForecast had shown and and fished it slow again just as the BassForecast app had shown!! I made two cast with the Jerkbait pausing for about 5 seconds between jerks, on the next twitch my rod loaded up and I thought I had snagged a log nope!!! It was definitely my new PB Smallmouth!! I definitely wouldn’t have caught this fish without BassForecast I would have been fishing the same Fall areas and just thought the fish weren’t active.”
