“This was only the second fishing trip of the spring for Madison and I but the bass forecast was looking good and we were heading to our favorite lake so all was good. It was an epic day on the water with catching 30+ fish. Madison was fishing a shallow grass line with her Chatterbait when she got bit and set the hook. She knew immediately it was a big fish and was nervous. She said “Dad, I don’t want to lose this fish.” I was smiling because she was doing everything right and when we netted the fish she was so excited. It was the biggest bass she has ever caught and bigger than my PB as well and I was happy for that. Her smile in the picture tells it all!”
