“The BassForecast recommended a deep diving crank bait but the lake I was going to was very shallow and weedy so I didn't think it would work that great but luckily I tied one on anyway. It was a tough day and it was very hot. I waited until I had about 15 mins left of fishing to grab the rod with the Deep crank tied on, and BOOM first cast with it the 6.5 pounder absolutely hammered it. So I have to give a major shout out to BassForecast because I would not have thought to tie on a deep diving crank!”
