“almost didn’t go fishing because it was raining and I figured the bass wouldn’t be very active. Before heading out, I checked BassForecast and saw an 8.4 rating, so I decided to give it a shot. I started with a CrushCity Craw and spent about an hour jigging with no luck. Then I switched to a JackHammer ChatterBait and noticed BassForecast recommended a fast retrieve. About 10 minutes later, I felt a bass hammer the bait I set the hook, and after a hard fight I landed this awesome largemouth. Snapped a quick picture and released it to fight another day.”
